For children aged 6 years to 13, there is a maximum of 15 students in a class. All the other senior English classes have a maximum of 20 students.

Course outlines are available for each course. Textbooks are on sale on the first two weeks of the term. Usually one book is used for one year.

Many of the textbooks have an accompanying workbook. The teacher assigns some homework (between 30 minutes to an hour) on a regular basis. This will be from the workbook or other work.
